GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS


In order to graduate from Culinary Arts and Management Program, the students are required;

  • to succeed in all of the courses listed in the curriculum of the program by getting the grade of at least DD/S with a minimum of 240 ECTS.
  • To complete their GED (5 from the field of "Social sciences", (3 courses from A, 1 courses from B, 1 course from C), 1 from the field of "Social Awareness and Ethics”, 1 from the field of "Natural and Life Sciences" field, 1 from the field of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship” and Elective courses  (5 departmen electives, 3 other elective courses) to reach 240 ECTS

  • to have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 out of 4.00
  • to complete their compulsory internship in a specified duration and quality.
