The aim of the Culinary Arts and Management Program, established under the auspices of the Izmir University of Economics, School of Applied Management Sciences, is to develop practical knowledge and skills, and to train chefs and chef candidates who are to be experts in world culinary cultures. Since these people will be working in the tourism and accommodation sector in particular, culinary art training should have a quality that develops communication and managerial knowledge and skills.
